Pastor Dr. Dwayne T. Redding
Senior Pastor Dwayne is the overseer of STWMOHIO. Pastor is a champion of the perfecting aspects of the saints according to EPHESIANS 4:12. He stands on the biblical principles of assuring that every soul that communes at STWMOHIO, becomes nurtured with compassion and humility, which promotes spiritual growth. As a spiritual father to many sons and daughters. His desire is to serve Jesus and every saint of Jesus. He prides himself on seeing overall development in the community and amongst every human being.
Executive Pastor Lisa Redding
Associate Pastor
Executive Pastor Lisa was officially ordained in 2018, as a Minister with STWMOHIO. She was elevated to Executive Pastor in 2024, where she oversees the administrative functions of STWMOHIO, as well as the equipping of the saints. The XP is truly a beacon of light to all of the STWMOHIO parishioners, as well as the citizens of the Elyria community and of those that she may encounter, she is truly a daughter of the promise and exemplifies what it is like to be a child of Jesus.
Artice Rucker
Elder
Artice Rucker was officially elevated to the office of Elder, January 2024. He is exceptional in the outreach support ministries for STWMOHIO. He is an advocate of the CBCF Rehabilitation Center along with the Intercessory prayer Ministry of STWMOHIO. Artice has a givers heart and desires to see no one lack. He exemplifies the greater to give than receive mandate, well.
Tyrell Newton
Senior Deacon
Tyrell was officially commissioned as a Deacon, January 2024. He has been exceptional with the Men's CBCF ministry, where he is able to utilize his gifts to empower, enlighten and encourage the men as they endure. Tyrell is also instrumental in the STWMOHIO intercessor team that works under the synopsis of the Holy Spirit.
James Smith
Senior Deacon
James was officially commissioned, January 2024 to the office of Deacon, and has exemplified the importance of the role of supporting the Pastor and STWMOHIO. He is currently in Ministerial training and is eager to continue to learn of Jesus by way of the Holy Spirit. James understands the mission of winning souls and serving the exact souls. James is a leader of the provision of Jesus and understands his call.
Della Harris
Overseer of Youth.
All of us want for our kids to be happy. Della has presented spiritual nurturing unto the STWMOHIO youth. From the equipping of sign language to the holistic approach of how she equips the youth in her curriculum and teaching them all thing Jesus. We are grateful that Della is our overseer of the STWMOHIO Youth ministry as the evidence of her passion is exhibited in their healthy growth and happiness.

Mother Cynthia Rucker
Vision
Mother Cynthia Rucker exhibits an impeccable vision that illustrates divine victory. When the Spirit of the Lord showed me that she was to be a staple at STWMOHIO. With His guidance, January 2024, we made it official her to be commissioned as the mother of STWMOHIO.

Mother Cynthia truly walks by faith and not by site, as she is led to do all things faithfully in Christ Jesus and in her life journey and servitude. Faith worker, Faith warrior.

Creativity
I am always amazed by her creative forces. When the STWMOHIO is in the planning stages of all events. Her creative intuition exceeds the standards of excellence. She always has an excitement outlook that we implement for the ministry as a whole. We are so grateful for her expertise especially when she is utilizing her gifts for the advancing of the Kingdom of God.

Dedication
As a mother, sister, grandmother, associate to many, a parishioner of STWMOHIO, and a daughter of the promise. I have witnessed her devotion and care to a multitude of civilians and the care she demonstrates is the sort of devotion and care that Jesus Christ exemplified when he was amongst the living. Mother Cynthia exhibits those attributes to many.
